Inge has been CEO of Light Structures AS since August 2010. He has previously held a number of management positions in the maritime industry ranging from shipbroking to shipping IT and management consulting. Prior to joining Light Structures he was Head of Business Development at Marintek. His work for Marintek included projects and consultancy within business development, strategy and logistics optimization for maritime and oil & gas companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American InterContinental University and an MA Econ degree from Webster University.

Niklas has been COO of Light Structures since August 2016. He has more than 15 years of experience from the offshore and petrochemical industry. Prior to joining Light Structures he has held a number of management positions, the latest as Senior Manager in National Oilwell Varco where he managed and lead highly skilled managers, software engineers, hardware engineers and product engineers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Advanced Automation Technology and numerous of management and leadership certificates such as MSc (Management Science and Engineering), LSE (Leadership for Strategic Execution), PMP (Project Management Professional), SDRM (Strategic Decision and Risk Management). With work experience from Singapore / USA / Portugal / Sweden and Oslo, Niklas has an extensive network all over the world. .

Geir is a co-founder of Light Structures AS and has held the position of Managing Director from 2001-2003 and 2008-2010 and Director of Technology 2004-2008 and 2010-. Before starting Light Structures, Geir worked as a scientist and project manager at the Norwegian Defense Research Establishment in projects that developed Fiber Bragg Grating hull stress monitoring systems. Geir holds a Dr. Philos. in Physics from the University of Oslo.

Karianne is a co-founder of Light Structures AS and has held the position of Director of Technology 2001-2003, Managing Director from 2004-2008 and Project Director 2010-2014. Before starting Light Structures, Karianne worked as a scientist at the Norwegian Defense Research Establishment in projects that developed Fiber Bragg Grating sensors and hull stress monitoring systems. She holds a Master of Science ( degree in Engineering Physics from the Norwegian Institute of Technology.

Terje has been with Light Structures AS since May 2013. He has previously held several Managing Director and Sales Manager positions in various industries ranging from information technology to construction industry and management consulting. Prior to joining Light Structures he was Sales & Marketing Manager Norway of Docu Group. His work for Docu Group included product-, organizational- and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering at NKI Ingeniørhøyskole (now Norges Informasjonstekniske Høyskole) in Oslo and a Business Candidate of Business and Administration-degree in economics at BI (Norwegian Business school) in Oslo.

Herman was appointed Vice President in October 2014. He started in the shipping industry in 1990, first in the container and dry bulk liner business and later moved on as tanker broker in world leading shipbroking companies such as Fearnleys and R.S. Platou where he become partner. In 2007 he started working for ship owners Scorpio Group as chartering manager and JB. Ugland (Siva) as General Manager. With work experience from Greece/Monaco/London and Oslo. Herman has an extensive network all over the world within many shipping segments.
